What we make

One factory. Both product lines.

Queens Bay International manufactures custom pre-rolled cones and custom rolling paper booklets under one roof in New Delhi. The cone range spans 12 standard sizes held to ±0.1mm, engineered to run cleanly on standard filling and packing machinery. Alongside cones: 16 booklet styles at a MOQ of 1,000, 8 filter tip types, and retail packaging. Private label runs end-to-end, design support included. Standard turnaround is 4–6 weeks, and free samples are available for serious enquiries, so buyers can check dimensions, paper stock, and print quality before committing to a run. The facility is certified to ISO 9001:2015, GMP and FSC.
