We started in 2018 with a single focus: produce cones that actually run clean on automated filling machines. That meant investing in dimensional tolerance control before anything else. Today, 99% of our cones pass tip and base diameter checks at ±0.1mm, a spec most competitors don't publish because they can't hold it.
The full production stack is under one roof: paper sourcing from verified European and Chinese suppliers, cone forming, filter assembly, in-house printing, and retail-ready packaging. One facility. One point of accountability.
Our primary clients are European and North American brands who need machine-compatible cones, tight tolerances, regulatory documentation, and lead times that don't wreck their inventory planning. We ship in 4–6 weeks, against an industry average of 12–15.
